On March 11th, 2025, Mr. Chen Caixiong, CEO of Zibuyu Group, delivered a speech to all members of Zibuyu, sharing how to achieve a comprehensive breakthrough in brand power, product power and organizational effectiveness by balancing resources and innovation with the belief of “Rooted in China, Going to the World”!

At the conference, Mr. Chen started from the Group's vision of “building a respectable global fashion brand company” and emphasized the importance of establishing a “respectable company”. This requires the Company firstly to have positive values, and continue to create value for society and consumers, and then to make its employees feel happy through its culture. This sense of happiness is transmitted to consumers through the products and ultimately affects the whole society. During such process the company also takes its social responsibility.

Whats more, Mr. Chen also emphasized the Company's strategic intention of positioning itself as a “fashion brand operating company”. He pointed out that in an era of material abundance, the market is no longer purely chasing the number of products, but pursuing aesthetics. So the company should be committed to becoming an enterprise that contributes to the beauty of the world and meets the diversified pursuits of consumers for beauty.

Efficient Global Supply Chain Integration Capability + Original Brand = Organizational Moat

Focusing on the strategic direction of “globalization and branding” of Zibuyu Group, Chen Caixiong shared the Company's strategic investment and key initiatives in the next 3-5 years: “AI empowerment, supply chain globalization, original design, and globalization of talent layout”.

At the same time, the establishment of Vietnam subsidiary of Zibuyu Group symbolizes that the supply chain globalization layout has officially entered the localization landing stage. In terms of resource investment and strategic balance, he particularly emphasized that “only by ensuring the cash flow of the first curve to support the strategic investment of the second curve, can we ensure the company's sustainable growth in the market competition.”

Strategic synergy between individual and company

In response to employees' concern about “strategic synergy between individuals and the company”, Chen Caixiong emphasized that “talents are the most important assets of Zibuyu Group, and every individual is a strategic sensor and propeller. Every member of the organization is a part of the company's ecosystem, and should define his or her own position and play a corresponding role. The company encourages growth-oriented talents who dare to make trial and error and iterate themselves, and continues to create a fertile ground suitable for the survival of outstanding talents.”
